I bought my hot tub 7 months ago and have been nothing but happy with it!! Nick and the gang have been great to deal with. You are not just a one time customer with them. It's like seeing family again whether you are in the store or seeing them at an event. I have had an unexpected benefit since owning my hot tub as well. Two days after the hot tub arrived I have been pain free for the first time in over ten years following a car accident. With all the jet packs they offer you can customize your tub to fit your needs and the results are amazing!!!

Service was great! On time and even called back later in the day to make sure everything was good.

They don't service older models, but were really helpful in getting parts for our Country Stove model. When fixing it was no longer an option they were wonderful at helping us find a new one that fit our need and the installation was great. The installers were on time and professional, they didn't make any messes despite the work they were doing and were done quicker than estimated. I would recommend them.

Wonderful customer service. We started pricing around the fair time and was able to setup the install before the rush and still get the fair special. I liked the fact that I was able to trust letting the installers in my house while no one was there. the only issue we had was with the city of pocatello's useless inspector. They really need to fire that person. They are unreliable and should pay people back the money a person looses when they have to take time off to be home at the time they are told the inspector is coming. We are loving our new fireplace.
